  • We accept all major credit and debit cards through our online store. Custom orders also have the option of ACH transfer, Paypal, or old fashioned mailed check. All orders are billed in US dollars.

  • Custom orders require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion prior to shipment. Orders will not be shipped until final payment is made.


  • If your order is shipping to New Jersey, I am required to collect sales tax.


  • All of my pieces are custom made to order. You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it for a full refund. After 7 days, I cannot accept cancellations. In extreme cases, I may accept a cancellation after 7 days and issue a partial refund or store credit at my discretion.


  • I want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy my work for years to come. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me - I’ll work with you to resolve the issue if possible.

  • Items are eligible for a return within 7 days of original receipt.

  • There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

  • In the event of a return, I will work with you to arrange return shipping; however, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that due to the size and special handling required these costs can be significant.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects. Iannone Design reserves the right to refuse returns if items are not in as-new condition due to damage, misuse or alteration by the client.

  • Returns are not accepted for any customized pieces.


  • Each piece’s estimated lead time is noted on the product page. The “Ships In” time frame is how long until your piece is ready to ship. This does not include shipping transit time. I do my best to ship as soon as possible and stick to the estimated lead times. Occasionally, delays do occur - I’d rather ship a piece a little late than compromise on materials or quality of fabrication.

  • Shipping transit time is usually 7-14 days. Certain remote areas can take longer.

  • If you require a piece by a specific date or occasion, please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate the request if possible. However, my standard lead times take precedence and failure to meet a special date request is not basis for cancellation or refund. Also, please keep in mind that shipping transit times are out of my control.



  • If shipping within the 48 contiguous states, standard shipping is free. Standard shipping includes small parcel service via FedEx of UPS, or curbside delivery via one of our freight partners.

  • CURBSIDE DELIVERY: delivery is outside only and does not include unpacking your furniture, bringing it inside or disposing of the packing materials, including shipping cartons and pallets. You must be present to meet the driver and note any damages on the proof of delivery.

  • White glove delivery is available for an additional fee. Please request a quote during checkout or email us for more info.

  • WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY: includes a delivery appointment window, unpacking, placement of the furniture in your room of choice, and disposal of all packaging materials. You or an authorized agent must be present to receive delivery, inspect the items and note any damages on the proof of delivery.



  • No one is angrier if a piece gets damaged than I am. I build my furniture carefully, I package it carefully and I expect it to be handled and delivered carefully. If damage occurs, I am on your side and ask for your patience as I help navigate the claims process.

  • Iannone Design is not liable for item(s) lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Shippers are 3rd party companies and any claims must be filed with them according to their claim policies. All shipments are insured against damage and I will assist you to make things right in the unlikely event of damage in transit. No refunds or returns can be accepted until the carrier claim process is complete.

  • Iannone Design reserves the right to have pieces have repaired or replaced at its discretion. Shipping company claims policies often dictate that repair options be exhausted before a claim for replacement can be considered.

All orders are shipped via our free white glove delivery service. This includes a delivery appointment, debris removal and placement of the piece in a room of your choice. Please note: more than one flight of stairs may incur an additional charge.
